Eventbrite publishes no fees for Luxembourg; the country list in its help center does not mention Luxembourg. What you see here is the average of the published rates for Belgium, France and Germany: Belgium 3% + 0.49 €, France 3.5% + 0.49 €, Germany 5.5% with no fixed amount (Essentials), and 4% + 0.99 €, 5.5% + 0.99 € and 5.5% + 0.99 € (Professional). An average of three other countries is no promise for Luxembourg; your actual terms only show up in your Eventbrite account settings.
